The Race to Stop MS Marathon and Triathlon Training Program will provide you with professional, personalized group training to prepare you for a marathon, half marathon or triathlon. This program positively impacts people living with MS by enabling athletes to dedicate their training and participation in various endurance sports events to the creation of a world free of multiple sclerosis - the most common neurological disease leading to disability in young adults.  Training for an endurance event is a feat in itself but it's nothing compared to living with the uncertainly of MS.  Our program is perfect for first-timers and experienced athletes alike.  You CAN and WILL make a difference with each step you take as you Race to Stop MS.

Unable to commit to the training at this time?  Join our Race to Stop MS: Relay to raise money for MS programs and research by participating in one “leg” of a triathlon. Swim, bike or run: you decide which portion of the relay you feel most comfortable doing. Invite your family and friends to join your relay team or make one of their own.
